What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for our team, helping them to stay connected, productive and happy
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues with confidence and care
  • Log, track and resolve incidents and requests for support, using the data and feedback to help improve our service
  • Monitor and keep up to date all work devices.


What we are looking for

We believe brilliance takes many forms, and we know a diverse range of skills and experiences makes our team stronger.  So we don’t box people in with strict qualifications. But here is what could make you stand out:

  • Previous experience of providing Tier 1 service in any sector
  • Confidence to talk to in-house users directly to provide support rather than rely on email.

Location: Office is based in Warrington. All team members are expected in the office 2 days a week.
