What you’ll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for our team, helping them to stay connected, productive and happy
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues with confidence and care
- Log, track and resolve incidents and requests for support, using the data and feedback to help improve our service
- Monitor and keep up to date all work devices.
What we are looking for
We believe brilliance takes many forms, and we know a diverse range of skills and experiences makes our team stronger. So we don’t box people in with strict qualifications. But here is what could make you stand out:
- Previous experience of providing Tier 1 service in any sector
- Confidence to talk to in-house users directly to provide support rather than rely on email.
