What you’ll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for our awesome customers via email and phone
- Troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and guide users through our platform
- Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Tech teams to resolve complex queries
- Use feedback to shape our product and service improvements
- Contribute to help guides, FAQs, and support documentation to enhance the customer experience
