What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for our awesome customers via email and phone
  • Troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and guide users through our platform
  • Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Tech teams to resolve complex queries
  • Use feedback to shape our product and service improvements
  • Contribute to help guides, FAQs, and support documentation to enhance the customer experience
