Software Trainer

Amazing as Sue is, we can’t expect our new customers to know how she works straight away. Ensuring a smooth transition to Sue becoming part of their team is simply part of our M.O. . Our training team are crucial to this.  Our pipeline is growing and we need energetic software trainers to come and join us.

What you’ll be doing:

  

  • Creating and maintaining training materials, user guides and video tutorials
  • Partner with new customers to provides hands on support through system set-up and configuration
  • Delivery of engaging, in-depth training sessions tailored to various user roles and skill levels
  • Provide ongoing support and refresher training as needed
  • Delivery of train the trainer sessions within client organisations
  • Use feedback to shape our product and service improvements   

 

What we are looking for

We believe brilliance takes many forms, and we know a diverse range of skills and experiences makes our team stronger.  So we don’t box people in with strict qualifications. But here is what could make you stand out:


  • Proven experience in software training, customer onboarding or similar.
  • Some experience in Care sector so you can authentically connect our software to real life scenarios
